How much is shipping and how are items shipped?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order, no matter how many items you buy. It’s £2.95 within the UK, and £12.95 everywhere else in the world. All items are packed securely and sent by Royal Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. Once your item has dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Can I add additional items to my existing order?

Yes! As long as your order hasn’t dispatched yet I’m happy to hold off shipping so you can add extra items and only pay the shipping fee once. Just let me know if you want to do this and I’ll give you a code to get free shipping on your additional purchases. Then when you’re ready, drop me another email and I’ll get your items dispatched.

Are your items sent in gift boxes?

No, to help keep costs low all items are sent unboxed, in a fabric gift bag. But fear not, they are well packed in bubble wrap and thick card, and in over 10 years of online selling I have NEVER had something damaged in transit.

How often do you ship?

I”m currently shipping on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How long will it take to arrive?

Most UK items arrive within 3-5 working days. International deliveries can vary, depending on the country. Most arrived with 1-2 weeks, but due to the current global situation some may take longer.

Will I have to pay additional taxes/fees?

If you are outside of the UK you may be charged customs fees/duties on your purchase when it arrives in your country, these are your responsibility, so please check your country’s import rules before purchasing.

Do you accept layway?

Layaway is decided on a case by case basis on orders over £150. If layaway is agreed, I take a 20% non-refundable deposit, then the balance must be paid within 90 days. Please contact me to discuss it.

Do you accept returns?

In the unlikely event that you‘re unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item to arrange a return. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and returned items must be postmarked within 5 days of the return being agreed. A refund will be granted upon receipt of the item and it must be in its original condition with no damage or signs of wear.

Vintage items are sold in AS IS condition. I do my best to describe items accurately, pointing out any major flaws, and ages given are approximate. Please be aware that what I consider to be normal wear commensurate with age, may be significant to you, so do not expect vintage items to look brand new; they have all been previously worn and loved, and their history is part of their charm. The photos are considered part of the description so please study them and the description carefully and if you require more photos or information please get in touch. As these are items secondhand, no guarantees are provided for damage which may occur whilst the new owner is wearing the item (lost stones, clasps breaking etc).

My One-off pieces are guaranteed for one year. I’m a perfectionist so pride my workmanship as being excellent. In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with one of my pieces, please get in touch and I will try my utmost to remedy it. This guarantee only covers the workmanship of the piece and is offered at my discretion, it does not include damage or loss caused by accident or owner negligence.
