Here I have a pair of antique rolled gold cufflinks. They feature jack russell terrier dogs which have been reverse painted into intaglio glass domes, giving a 3D effect. They are backed in mother of pearl and they’re set into rolled gold bezels. A short chain connects the dog to the tapered back of the cufflink.
The face of each cuff measures 1.4cm wide. The backs are 2.2cm long. Together they weigh 6.8 grams.
Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. No cracks or damage, and the paint is in very good condition so all the detail is crisp and clear. Overall, they just have the usual very light wear and tarnish to the rolled gold which you'd expect on an antique item.
