Vintage Large Silver & Raw Baltic Amber Nugget Brooch
Here I have a large vintage silver brooch, set on either end with a raw amber bead. Appears to be studio-made and it's signed on the back but it's not a stamp I recognise (looks like "A3" within a lower case "N"). It fastens with a rollover clasp and it tests as solid silver.
Measures 4.7cm wide across the pin and 8.0cm in length. Weighs 11.3 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Theres a small drill hole going through the larger bead (it's been there since the piece was made) and a chip to one end of the smaller bead so a bit more of the wire pin inside is visible. Otherwise, it just has the usual light marks and wear which you'd expect on a vintage item.
