Vintage Sterling Silver and Enamel Elephant Modernist Pendant
This vintage pendant is made from unmarked sterling silver. It’s in the shape of a stylised elephant, with a pierced out body and green/blue enamel on the head and trunk. There’s a large bale at the top for hanging. It has a stamp on the back, which looks to me like an Italian hallmark, but it’s indistinct; however, it acid tests as sterling.
Measures 3.8cm across the widest point and 4.9cm high with the bale.
Weighs 8.1 grams.
Condition: Very good uncleaned vintage condition. No chips or damage to the enamel. Just has the usual marks and tarnish which you'd expect on a vintage item..
