1960 Vintage 9ct Gold and Paste Sparkly Drop Earrings
This vintage pair of hook earrings are made from 9ct yellow gold. They’re claw-set with sparkly white stones, with one larger square-cut paste in the middle and a halo round the outside, plus one more at the top, on the ear wire. They’re hallmarked for 9ct gold, from the Birmingham Assay Office, with the date letter for 1960 on the wire, and partly on the back of the setting too.
They measure 2.2cm long from top to bottom and 1.1cm wide. Together they weigh 1.8 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. The pastes are still very sparkly. The gold is also in good order with just the usual light marks which you’d expect on a vintage item.
