ON HOLD…..This vintage necklace by the Franklin Mint is made from sterling silver. It features the same design front and back with a crown in the centre and the national flowers/plants of the British isles around it; the Scottish thistle, Welsh daffodil, English rose, and Irish shamrock. It’s got a full London hallmark on the edge, with the Franklin Mint “FM” maker’s initials and the date letter for 1981. It was made to commemorate the wedding of Charles and Diana so it’s engraved in very tiny font on one edge “Prince Charles & Lady Diana, 29th July 1981”. It hangs on an 23” sterling silver chain with bolt ring clasp.

The main body of the pendant, not including the bale, is 3.6cm x 2.8cm x 0.2cm. The chain is 23”. Together, they weigh 17.8 grams.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Looks barely worn with just some light marks here and there from storage.
