Vintage 9ct Gold and Red Paste Capricorn Zodiac Intaglio Pendant

£135.00
sold out

This vintage intaglio pendant is made from 9ct yellow gold. It’s set with a dark red glass intaglio of the capricorn goat, with glyphs to the sides. The details is highlighted in gold so it’s easier to see than most intaglios! There’s a split ring at the top for hanging and a full UK hallmark on the ring below which is tricky to make out but I think it dates from the late 1980s/early 90s.

Measures 1.3cm across the widest point and 2.5cm high including the split ring. The intaglio itself is 1.2cm by 1.0cm. Weighs 2.4 grams.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Just has the usual light surface marks to the intaglio and the gold which you’d expect on a vintage item.
