1967 Vintage Canadian Silver Coins Bracelet - Reversible Queen and Fish

£65.00
sold out

This unusual vintage bracelet is made from 9 Canadian 10 cents silver coins which depict Queen Elizabeth on one side and a fish on the reverse. These coins are made from 800 grade silver and all the coins are oriented in the same way. It fastens with a concealed box clasp which is also made from a coin. The bracelet is designed to be worn with the Queen facing upwards, however, the button of the clasp has a low profile and it’s quite stiff to open so is unlikely to open accidentally if you decide to wear it fish-side upwards - I believe the 2 safety catches where added later to also give it a bit of additional protection when wearing it like this.

Measures 7.75” in length and the coins are 1.8cm wide across the front. It weighs 26 grams.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Just the usual light wear and tarnish which you’d expect on a vintage item.
