This vintage charm bracelet is made from sterling silver. It features a huge array of nautical themed silver charms. There’s all sorts of things, including sea creatures, a treasure chest, a viking longboat and a diver’s helmet. Lots of them open or have moving parts. They’re attached to a very sturdy silver curb bracelet, with padlock clasp, which is English hallmarked for 1971. Each charm is attached to the same side of the curb links, and every link has at least one charm on it - collecting these was clearly someone’s pride and joy for many years! The chain has lion passant stamps on every link for silver. Most charms are unmarked but I’ve tested a random selection which were all silver and I don’t see any which make me think they may not be sterling.

Measures about 7.75” in total length. The chain links are 0.9cm wide across the front. It weighs a whopping 98 grams.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. The lantern charm (next to the padlock) looks like it once had a red material inside but that’s long gone. The padlock works well and is quite stiff to open, which is a good thing so it wont accidentally come undone. Overall it just has the usual light wear and tarnish which you’d expect on a vintage item.
