Antique/Vintage 935 Silver and Paste Frog Brooch
This vintage brooch is made from 935 grade silver (better than sterling!) and paste stones. It’s in the shape of a frog, and the body is encrusted with white pastes, with little pinky red eyes. It fastens with a c-clasp on the back and is stamped 935; this standard of silver was specifically used in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Measures 3.4cm x 1.8cm. Weighs 5.0 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. No damage or repairs and all the stones are original. Just has the usual light marks and tarnish to the silver which you’d expect on a vintage item.
