Antique/Vintage 830 Silver Scandinavian Mermaid Brooch
This antique/vintage brooch is made from 830 grade silver. It depicts a mermaid, sitting beneath a stylised plant, picking a flower. It’s certainly Scandinavian in origin. It originally would have had a simple c-clasp but this has been replaced at some point with a rollover safety clasp. It’s stamped 830 on the back.
Measures 3.2cm. Weighs 6 grams.
Condition: Good antique condition. As mentioned, the hook of the clasp has been replaced at some point. aside from this, it just the usual light marks and tarnish which you’d expect on an antique item.
