Vintage David Andersen Sterling Silver 925S Fairytale Panel Bracelet - Norway
This mid-century bangle is by Norwegian maker David Andersen and it’s made from sterling silver. It features 6 panels, with alternating images of a maiden with a reptile monster on one, and a prince on a horse on the other. I think the imagery refers to the Scandinavian folktale entitled Prince Lindworm. It fastens with a push in clasp and has a safety chain fitted. It’s stamped on the back oof one panel with D-A, 925s, Norway, Sterling.
It measures 7.5” (19cm) in length. The panels are 2.5cm wide. It weighs 46 grams.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The clasp clicks shut and stays closed as it should. Just has some very minor marks to the silver here and there, as you’d expect no a vintage piece.
