1965 Vintage Sterling Silver Bangle by Jan Lundgren - Swedish Statement Hallmarks

This vintage mid—century bangle is made from sterling silver and it’s by notable Scandinavian designer Jan Lundgren (1934 - 2017). It features 2 stylised tapered arrows, chasing each other around your wrist and it’s a sturdy piece weighing in at just over 30 grams! There are fabulous statement hallmarks on one side, along with his signature. The hallmarks have the P9 date letter for 1965, the letter S for sterling silver, the Swedish national mark of 3 crowns, the King Eric head meaning it was assayed in Stockholm and the JAL maker’s initials.

It measures 6.3cm across the inside and about 20cm/just under 8” around the inside. It weighs 32 grams.

Condition: In very good vintage condition. Just the usual light surface marks and tarnish to the silver which you’d expect on a vintage piece.
