1978 Sterling Silver Small Ingot Pendant - 7.7 grams
Here I have a vintage sterling silver ingot pendant from 1978. It’s solid, so a nice weight, and it has crisp statement hallmarks on the front, from the Sheffield Assay Office. It’s more unusual to see one of these ingots with a 1978 hallmark - the vast majority are from the Queen’s jubilee year of 1977!
The ingot itself, not including the bale, is 2.3cm x 0.8cm x 0.4cm. With the bale, it’s 3.4cm long. Weighs 7.7 grams.
Condition: Very good uncleaned vintage condition. Just has the usual marks and tarnish to the silver which you'd expect on a vintage item.
