Antique 1906 Sterling Silver Summer Goddess Pendant - Button Conversion

£135.00
sold out

Here I have a beautiful Edwardian sterling silver goddess from 1906. She started life as a button and I’ve converted her to wear as a pendant. She’s much bigger than most antique button conversions and has really lovely detailing - look how her hair flows round into the leaves in front! I’ve made a large bale for the top and I’ve given that a hammered texture which I think fits in nicely with the Art Nouveau design of the piece. There are full UK hallmarks on the front, from the London Assay Office, with the date letter for 1906.

((I had two of these buttons to convert, the first is already sold, this is the second. The final photo shows her sister being worn, just to give an indication of the size. Chain and box are for display only))

Measures 4.3cm long, and 3.2cm wide. Weighs 11.7 grams.

Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. Just has the usual marks to the silver which you'd expect on an antique item.
