Vintage 1994 Sterling Silver and Aventurine Kinetic Ball Bangle

£48.00
sold out

This vintage bangle is made from sterling silver. It features a caged aventurine sphere at the top which is free to move around slightly. The bangle itself tapers into pointed terminals at the end. This is a bit of a mystery piece as this exact design was made by Kupitaan Kulta of Finland in the 1970s, yet this one was hallmarked in London, with the 1994 date letter and the sponsor’s initials S&B (possibly S&P).

It measures approx 6” (15cm) around the inside, with a 1” (2.5cm) gap in the middle. Across the inside it’s about 2.4” (6cm). The front of the bangle is 1.5cm across and the sphere is 1.1cm wide. It weighs 22 grams.

Condition: Good vintage condition. The silver is very slightly out of shape from past use but not noticeably when you’re wearing it. The aventurine is in excellent condition. Overall, it just has the usual light marks which you’d expect on a vintage item.
