1979 Hallmarked Large Sterling Silver Ingot Pendant - Optional Chain
This vintage sterling silver ingot has statement hallmarks on the front, from the Birmingham Assay Office with the date letter for 1979. It’s a bit more unusual finding one for this year - most were made in 1977. It can be purchased with or without the 20” sterling silver belcher chain pictured.
The pendant is 4.2cm x 1.3cm without the bale. It weighs 15.2 grams.
The chain is 20” and weighs 8 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Just has the usual light surface marks and tarnish which you'd expect on a vintage item.
