Victorian Silver Book Chain Necklace with Bolt Ring Clasp
This Victorian book chain collar is made of silver. It features wide, slightly domed links with a circular link between. There’s a large bolt ring which was meant to be worn with a locket hanging from it, though you could also wear it as a regular chain with this at the back. The piece is unmarked but I’ve acid tested to confirm it is silver.

The chain measures 19 long. The circular links are 1.0cm wide. The bolt ring is 1.2cm wide. It weighs 40 grams.
Condition: Very good antique condition. A couple of the links have some very slight dinks but nothing awful. The bolt ring’s closure is still good and springy. Overall, it just has the usual light marks and tarnish to the silver which you'd expect on an antique item.
