Arts & Crafts Silver, Mabé Pearl and White Paste Mistletoe Pendant And Chain
This antique pendant and chain are made from silver, set with a mabé pearl in the centre, with little claw-set white pastes around the edge. The pearl is set within a honeycomb design panel, and if you look carefully this is surrounded by little mistletoe leaves. It’s hung on an 18” chain with barrel clasp. Both pendant and chain are unmarked but test as silver and I am 100% confident that this design can be attributed to Charles Horner, c.1900.
The pendant is 2.8cm wide. The chain is 18” long. Together it weighs 5.5 grams.
Condition: Very good antique condition. No damage. All the pastes appear to be original and they are good and sparkly. Just has the usual light marks and tarnish to the silver which you'd expect on an antique item.
