Antique Georgian Silver Seal / Fob with Agate - Unengraved
This Georgian wax seal pendant is made of silver. It’s set with aa beautiful Scottish agate gemstone and it’s never been engraved. Above the agate are pierced scrolled shoulders and there’s a large bale at the top with engraved line decoration. It’s unmarked but acid tests as silver.
Measure 2.9cm long including the bale at the top. The base is 26mm by 22mm. Weighs 11.4 grams.
Condition: Very good antique condition. Just has the usual marks and tarnish which you’d expect on an antique piece.
