Vintage Large Sterling Silver Gemini Brooch by Cini - Twin Cherubs and Horn of Plenty
Here I have a large vintage sterling silver brooch by Cini. It depicts twin cherubs representing Gemini. The heart shape which they sit upon is formed from 2 horns of plenty, joining at the bottom to spill out an assortment of fruits. I love the little cherub’s faces as they toot their trumpets! There’s a banner at the top which reads “Gemini” and a pair of acanthus leaf scrolls above. The back fastens with a rollover clasp and there’s a little plaque saying “Copyright Sterling by Cini.”
Measures 5cm x 5.7cm wide. It weighs 23 grams.
Condition: Very good uncleaned vintage condition. The clasp works perfectly. Just has the usual light surface marks which you'd expect on a vintage item.
