Vintage 800 Silver Double Ram's Head Penannular Brooch
Here I have a vintage 800 silver penannular brooch. It features a ram’s head on either terminal, with a fixed pin in the centre. You fasten it by hooking some fabric on the pin, then forcing the pin back between the ram’s heads to hold it in place. I’ve tested it on a sweater and it held closed securely. It’s stamped 800 on the ring part.
Measures 3.2cm long (not including the pin poking out the top) x 2.8cm wide. It weighs 9.4 grams.
Condition: Very good uncleaned vintage condition. Just has the usual light surface marks and tarnish which you'd expect on a vintage item.
