1978 Vintage 9ct Gold Wide Hoop Earrings with Stars Engraved
This vintage pair of earrings are made from 9ct yellow gold. The hoops have a matte finish and are engraved with stars all the way around. They fasten with a hinged wire, the end of which slots into a little hole in the opposite side of the hoop to keep them closed. They have full UK gold hallmarks within the hoops, from the Sheffield Assay Office, with the date letter for 1978.
They measure 2.3cm from the toop of the wire to the bottom of the hoop and 0.9cm wide across the front. Together they weigh 2.7 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Just have the usual very light marks and tarnish which you’d expect on a vintage item.
