Birmingham Mint 1979 Sterling Silver Double Sided Butterflies Pendant
This vintage pendant by the Birmingham Mint is made from sterling silver. It features a pair of butterflies and flowers on one side, with detailed garden flowers within each petal. On the reverse is a different design, featuring swirling vines and leaves forming a cross shape. It has a full UK hallmark on the edge, with the date letter for 1979 and the BM maker’s mark.
With the bale, the total length is 4.5cm and it’s 2.5cm wide. It’s a substantial piece and weighs 16 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Just has the usual light marks and tarnish to the silver which you’d expect on a vintage piece.
