1980 Vintage Sterling Silver Swallow or Swift Large Pendant by Shetland Silver
This large vintage pendant is made from sterling silver. It depicts a swallow or swift in flight from below, within a circular frame (the sun?) . The back has a full UK Hallmark, from the Edinburgh Assay Office with the date letter for 1980 and the S.S maker’s mark of Shetland Silver.
With the bale, the total length is 5.4cm straight down too the bottom of the circle. From wing tip to wing tip it’s 6.5cm wide. Weighs 13.6 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Just has the usual light marks and tarnish to the silver which you’d expect on a vintage piece.
