Antique French Art Nouveau Silver Desk Seal - Unengraved Base
This antique Art Nouveau desk seal is beautifully decorated with leaves and berries on the tapered handle. It has a stamp on the upper side of the base which looks like it may be a hallmark but it’s too indistinct to make out, however it acid tests as silver and I suspect it is French in origin. The base has never been engraved!
Measures 6.8cm high. The base is 1.8cm wide. Weighs 24.5 grams.
Condition: Very good antique condition. Just have the usual light wear and tarnish which you’d expect on an antique item.
