1918 Sterling Silver and Older Pressed Horn Goddess Button Conversion Brooch
Here I have an antique brooch, featuring an earlier pressed horn button depicting a classical goddess. The sterling silver frame is hallmarked for 1918, the button looks Victorian. There’s a tiny remnant of the original button lug on the back. The brooch fastens with a c-clasp and steel pin on the back.
Measures 2.6cm wide. It weighs 3.5 grams.
Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. Just has the usual light marks which you’d expect on an antique item. The clasp is good and strong.
