Antique French 800 Silver, Pink and White Paste Cocktail Ring - Size N / US 7
This antique ring is made from 800 grade silver. It features a dark fuchsia pink paste stone, with a halo of white stones around the outside. It sits upon a lovely pierced gallery with a chevron design. There are hallmarks on the back of the band, they’re a little tricky to make out but I’m confident it’s the French crab hallmark for 800 silver and a maker’s stamp.
It’s approx a UK N (US 7). The front of the ring measures 1.7cm x 1.5cm and the band is 0.2cm at the back. It weighs 4.6 grams.
Condition - Good antique condition. The pink stone has some a little surface scuffing, mainly around the facets on the upper face of the stone. The white pastes have dulled a little with age and one is missing. Otherwise, it just has the usual marks and wear which you’d expect on a antique item.
