Vintage 900 Silver Bohemian Garnet Cluster Ring - Size O 1/2 / US 7 1/2
This vintage ring is made from 900 grade silver. It features a flower shaped cluster of rose cut Bohemian garnet gemstones. The band was once gold plated but this has largely worn away, so it’s only visible on the inside of the band and a tiny bit on the shoulders - this is tricky to capture in the photos unfortunately but the inside of the band is bright and golden, whereas the outsiide is silver. The ring has a Czech 900 silver hallmark indicating it was made between 1957 and 1962.
It’s approx a UK O 1/2 (US 7 1/2). The front of the ring measures 1.0cm across and the band is 0.2cm at the back. It weighs 2.2 grams.
Condition - Good vintage condition. The garnets are in excellent condition, as is the ring itself. As mentioned, the original gold plating has largely worn away so it’s only really visible inside the band.
