Vintage 9ct Yellow Gold and Amethyst Long Statement Ring - Size P / US 7.75
This vintage 9ct yellow gold ring features a bezel-set long amethyst cabochon in a raised oval mount. The amethyst is quite a pale lilac colour and the ring is stamped 9ct within the band. It dates from around the 1950s.
It’s a UK P (US 7.75). The front of the ring measures 2.2cm north to south, with the top of the stone standing 0.9cm away from your finger. The band is 3mm wide at the back. It weighs 3.5 grams.
Condition - Good vintage condition. The amethyst has a little surface rubbing from past use and the band is very slightly out of shape, but neither of these things are hugely noticeable.
